My Heart Will Miss

These moments my heart will miss ...

Sweet, tiny fingers.

She sets out her friends and happily chats ...

... calling each one by their name.

“Be present in all things and thankful for all things.”

The kindness in her heart is evident in her play.

“It is a happy talent to know how to play.”
– Ralph Waldo Emerson

Her sweet eight year old ways ...

... don't grow up too fast baby girl.

  3. I have stayed home with my children and yes, this is so true and my heart misses it so much!! I have photos of the last time the two oldest boys played in the garden dirt with their Tonka trucks and I would give anything to go back to that day for an hour. Thank you for joining Home Sweet Home!

  5. Awe, yes, those sweet innocent days of giggles and smiles, of stuffed toys and peanut butter and jam sandwiches! Miss them so much. I blinked and they were all grown up on me. I really enjoyed your post. Thank you for sharing.

    Christmas blessings,
    Sandi
